What's an Overland Tour

Overland tours are small group adventures and are a popular way to travel to remote places in the world. It used to be that overland trips where epic expeditions, lasting months, through Africa, South America or Asia, (see big ones) but there are now various types of overland tours some short in duration only a couple of days, (see small ones)some luxury which give the adventurer a greater level of comfort (see luxury ones).
